The Ogun State Football Association (OGSFA) has announced the indefinite suspension of two officials of Stormers SC following incidents of assault during a match in the 2026 State Federation Cup.
In a statement issued on April 10, 2026 and signed by secretary, Mr. John Adeleke, the association confirmed that the sanctions were imposed after acts of unsportsmanlike conduct during the quarter-final encounter between Stormers SC and Gaiters FC held on April 9 at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta.
According to the OGSFA, video footage that circulated widely showed the General Manager of Stormers SC, Lekan Kelani, physically assaulting a media personnel attached to Gaiters FC.
