….Shares Palliatives to its members.

In its quest of delivering the dividends of democracy, a Labour Party stakeholder in Abia state, Hon. prince G.O. Ndubueze, has shared palliatives to members of Labour Party from ward 2, OBINGWA L.G.A.

Addressing the party members during the meeting held at Umuduku, Ehere community, Obingwa L.G.A, Hon. Prince G.O. Ndubueze, appreciated the Labour party members especially from Ward 2, for their doggedness in ensuring the peace and unity of the party.

He said the meeting was to brief them on the latest developments in the Labour party, while assuring them of Governor Alex Otti’s drive in ensuring that Abia state becomes the safe heaven for investment and business activities.

He encouraged business owners and residents in aba to support Dr.Alex Otti’s infrastructural developments by payment of government approved levies to help boost the state internal generated revenue (IGR).

Hon. Prince G.O. Ndubueze, maintained that there is peace in the Labour Party, both at the National and state, and advised its members not to listen to rumors of division in the party.

The State Youth Leader, Hon. Udo Ihediwa and the Obingwa Local Government Chairman Evang. Princewill Nwauzor respectively, reassured the members of Labour Party in Obingwa, that after their meeting with Dr. Alex Chioma Otti, established that all the Local Government and Ward structures of the party remains the same, that he will never authorize the appointed Mayors of the local governments nor political appointees to disorganize the Party, but rather go back to their respective wards and strengthen the party.

High point of the event was receiving of decampees from other political party’s to the Labour Party, and the distribution of food items and cash gifts and palliatives to all persons present at the event.

The event also had in attendance the state chairman of the Labour Party, who was represented by the youth leader, alongside other L.G.A’ officials.
