This accession was made by the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) of the company during the routine turf maintenance work at the Enyimba football club stadium, Aba.
Speaking to newsmen, the C.E.O of the company, Engr. Ugwu Onyema Ejike, said his firm is out to change the narratives in sports construction work.
“Today as you can see, the Enyimba stadium Aba playing turf is looking better due to the approval of the maintenance work by the Abia State government, my company was given the job to carry out the maintenance work on the Astro turf with organic infill on the turf which helps the turn not to be too hot during football training and matches.
The Enugu born engineer with over 10 years experience, also had his company responsible for the laying of the turf at the Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium Enugu, stated that he is willing to work with individuals, Government and the private sector in the construction of every sports facility.
“Not many people know that I’ve been involved in many sports facility construction work in the country, like the Enugu stadium, one of the pitches in Ikenne, Ogun state amongst others.
I worked with a reputable sports construction firm for many years and learnt very well, before establishing my own company.
