FIFA has celebrated Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie for her heroic penalty saves, the latest of which helped Paris FC to progress to their first ever group stages at the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

FIFA celebrated the goalkeeper on the FIFA Women’s World Cup Facebook page, with a throwback picture of Nnadozie saving Christine Sinclair’s penalty, in the Super Falcons’ first game at the last World Cup, against Canada which ended 0-0, thanks to Nnadozie’s heroics.

The Paris FC goalkeeper saved a penalty in Germany as the French club did the unthinkable, beating Wolfsburg 2-0 after the first leg ended 3-3 in France.

Nnadozie saved two penalties against Arsenal in round one, and one in the second round, bringing her tally to three penalty saves in the tournament this season.
