Former Nigeria International and Warri Wolves Defender, Uche Ossai, has departed Nigeria to continue working experience as a coach with an intensive training with Russian based outfit, FDC Vista.

The former Warri Wolves and Abia Warriors player is expected undergo training courses and programmes with the team of Coaching experts in the FDC Vista outfit that has recorded numerous success stories in players development.

In a Chat with Nigeria Sports News, the Programme facilitator, Mr. Paul Ojo Omamomo who doubles as the African coordinator for FDC Vista highlighted the need for more Nigerian coaches to be involved with Intenship programmes with top clubs and outfits outside the country.

“It’s of great necessity, Football over years has evolved and Nigerian coaches needs to be brought upto speed with the new trend in football”

“Nigerian coaches are obviously lagging behind because of lack of opportunities to further their knowledge of the game which is more reason Nigerian clubs fails to compete with other countries in continental engagement”

“This route has come to stay and with time more Nigerian coaches will be handed same learning platform presented to Uche Ossai to further their development and knowledge of the game”
