Former Senate Minority Whip, Senator Darlington Nwokocha has donated a wheelchair to a physically challenged person who sells sachet water in Abuja.
The video of the physically challenged was posted by Hon. Tony Agbanyim and it drew the attention of the Senator who was moved by the young man’s resilience and decided to assist him.
On Thursday, February 13, 2025, Senator Nwokocha sent a new wheelchair to reach Hon.Tony so it could get to the young man. The recipient is Auwal Abdullahi from Niger State who lives in the Lugbe area of Abuja.
The wheelchair will be sent by courier to Abuja before the week runs out.
